Sunfind Solar Products provides free shipping on our SUNFIND Home Power (HP) Systems, SUNFIND Cottage (CTTG) Systems, SUNFIND RV Kits, and SUNFIND RPS Systems only.

By making a purchase, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth by Sunfind Solar Products
All SUNFIND HP, CTTG and RPS Systems will be shipped by freight via Day and Ross. All shipments that cannot be delivered to a business location will be sent to the shipping depot closest to the buyer's location for pick up. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the pick up is made. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery from date of shipment from Sunfind Solar Products.
SUNFIND RV Kits will be shipped via DHL Ground. All shipments that cannot be delivered to a business location will be sent to the shipping depot closest to the buyer's location for pick up. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the pick up is made. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery from date of shipment from Sunfind Solar Products.
Free Shipping Policy applies to the provinces of: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
The Provinces and Territories of: Quebec, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut may incur additional shipping charges. Any additional shipping charges will be required to be covered by the buyer. All additional shipping chargers will be determined before shipment and the buyer will be notified and all additional shipping charges will be added to Invoice.
Maximum Liability and Insurance
Sunfind Solar Products DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE COVERAGE ON ANY SHIPMENT UNLESS REQUESTED, AND PAID FOR, BY THE BUYER. Insurance can be purchased through Sunfind Solar Products on Day and Ross Shipments. Sunfind Solar Products cannot provide insurance coverage on DHL shipments.
DAY AND ROSS SHIPMENTS
Maximum liability on any non insured shipment is $2.00 CDN per pound. Buyers that wish to purchase additional insurance will incur the following additional charges:
- SUNFIND RPS Systems: 3% of the price (purchase price does not include taxes).
- SUNFIND CTTG Systems: 3% of purchase price.
- SUNFIND HP Systems: 1.75% of purchase price.
DHL SHIPMENTS
Maximum liability on any non insured shipment is $2.00 CDN per pound. Buyers that wish to purchase insurance coverage need to contact an independent insurance agent or broker.
Shipment Inspection and Acceptance
IT IS CRITICAL ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING FOR SHIPMENT. If there is visible damage to the shipment, do not accept the shipment and ensure you document the damage with Day and Ross at that point in time. If there is concealed damage, Sunfind Solar Products needs to be notified within four (4) business days. This notification needs to be followed with a damage report submitted in writing by the buyer. The damage report needs to contain the invoice number, a description of the damages and photos showing the damage. The damage report needs to be submitted no more than twenty one (21) days after delivery.
GENERAL SHIPPING:
General Shipping Details
Sunfind Solar Products can provide shipping services nationwide. All shipments, excluding SUNFIND HP Systems, SUNFIND CTTG Systems, SUNFIND RV Kits and SUNFIND RPS Systems, need to be paid for by the buyer.
All orders containing multiple components and/or over one hundred (100) pounds will be packaged and shipped on a skid via Day and Ross. All shipping costs will be determined immediately after order is received. The buyer will be notified of all shipping costs and these costs will be added to the invoice. All shipments that cannot be delivered to a business location will be sent to the shipping depot closest to the buyer's location for pick up. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the pick up is made. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery from date of shipment from Sunfind Solar Products.
